Two Farm Wives Baking is a local source for baked cookies, breads, and more.
The business began over a year ago by a daughter and mother-in-law and has been growing steadily as they deliver baked goods for special occasions including birthdays, business open houses, and family dinners.
Julie Chandler and her daughter-in-law Bailey Chandler created Two Farm Wives Baking in October 2019. The two both sought to have a small business of their own. Both enjoy baking making the product a natural fit. The name of the business was an easy choice, both the women being farm wives.
The farm wives specialize in all baked goods from cookies and cupcakes to their most popular item, frosted sugar cookies.
Over the course of the last year, The Farm Wives has seen success that its two owners said they have been surprised and happy to see. The business sees a high demand for homemade goods as opposed to purchasing basics from a grocery store. Customers are in search of quality products made from quality ingredients. The Two Farm Wives prides itself on every order being homemade with a personal touch.
The two women said they have been pleased at the demand of their business and their aspirations only include being able to grow the business. Eventually, the women would like to have a commercial kitchen.
With a commercial kitchen, the business will be capable of filling more orders and can also have more items on hand.
The menu for The Two Farm Wives for the holiday season features a variety of holiday treats. The list includes frosted sugar Christmas cookies, chocolate chip maple frosted cookies, gingerbread crackle cookies, sprinkle sugar cookies, cinnamon rolls, Christmas tree cupcakes, pies offered in a glass pie plate, and reindeer chow Chex mix.
The Farm Wives also offer a selection of gluten free baked goods. The ingredients have been carefully selected to include the best tasting options without sacrificing flavor.
Throughout the holiday season, the business is offering peanut butter cookies with a chocolate kiss, frosted round sugar cookies, muddy buddy Chex mix, cinnamon rolls, and dinner rolls.
Both the farm wives said they have truly enjoyed their business adventure and enjoy putting a smile on their customers’ faces.
