Veterans Day luncheon

 
 The Weiser Elk’s Lodge will have a Veterans Day luncheon on Friday, Nov. 11. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with lunch served at noon. Veterans and their spouses eat free, $5 to all other guests.

Friends of the Hospital pie sale

 
 The Friends of the Hospital will have their semi-annual pie sale on Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 10:30 a.m. at the Weiser Christian Church 1299 E. 2nd St. Pies will be $15 each and will close when the last delicious homemade pie is sold.

Busy Bee Club Thanksgiving potluck dinner

 The Busy Bee Club will host a Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner, Sunday, Nov. 20 at 1 p.m. at the Saling School in Mann Creek for Mann Creek neighbors and friends. Directions: North of Weiser on Hwy. 95, turning right on Jackson Road. Join us for an old-fashioned homemade Thanksgiving dinner: Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and beverages will be provided. Please bring  a side dish, salad or dessert. Questions call 549-0836.

Weiser Community Thanksgiving dinner

 Toby and Dana Clary’s family and friends will host the annual Weiser community Thanksgiving day dinner on Thursday, Nov. 24 at the Weiser Activity Center for Seniors, 115 E. Main St. Come enjoy a free holiday meal. Doors open at noon and meals will be served until 3 p.m. Anyone who would like to volunteer to help or donate a turkey, side salad, or dessert or need a meal delivered call or text 208-521-8138. All are welcome.
