Update: Woman pulled man to safety in Wednesday's fire

The Idaho State Fire Marshall's Office and Weiser City Fire and Rescue have determined the cause of a house fire Wednesday morning that took the life of one man and hospitalized another.
At 10:42 a.m., emergency crews from the Weiser City Fire and Weiser Rural Fire Departments responded to a house fire at E. 617 Park St. in Weiser.
"Incendiary without malaise, not arson with a fatality, male, identity not confirmed will be released by Coronor when confirmed. Deceased witnessed lighting fires in his room earlier this morning by roommates," according to a Weiser City Fire and Rescue press release.
An agent with the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms took part in the investigation.
The house was engulfed in flames when crews arrived at the scene.
An elderly man was initially pulled from the house by a former firefighter passing by on Highway 95. Devin Boyce, from Wilder, was stopped at the traffic light at E. Park St. and Highway 95 when she noticed the flames.
She drove tot he house and ultimately helped pull the semi-unconscious man out of the window.
The man, whose identity was not initially released, was taken to Weiser Memorial Hospital where he was treated.
