Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Martell

Elizabeth “Betty” Martell, age 92, of Weiser passed away Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at the Whatcom Hospice House in Bellingham, Wash.  

 She was born Feb 15, 1929 in Elizaville, New York to parents Ernest Burton and Jesse Mae (Seifert) Bathrick. 

 Betty was preceded in death by her husband Frank M. Martell, Sr., one sister and four brothers. 

 She is survived by her sons, Frank M. Martell, Jr. of Weiser, Idaho, Lawrence A. Martell of Ontario, Ore., and Ernest B. Martell of Bellingham, Wash.; daughters, Linda Mae Schneider of Pompton Plains, New Jersey, Joyce M. Alexander of Boise, Idaho and Nora E. Martell of Galena, Illinois; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
