Wolverine tennis defeats Caldwell 11-1 in season opener

Weiser High School’s tennis season opened with a commanding 11-1 win over the visiting Caldwell Cougars on the first day of spring break, March 21.
 In a pleasant afternoon of play the Wolverines finished the day as follows:
Boys Singles:
 No. 1 - Dauge McClellan, Weiser def. Charles Butler, Caldwell, 6-0, 6-0.
 No. 2 - Eli Woods, Weiser def. Justin Foster, Caldwell, 6-0, 6-0.
 No. 3 - Aidan Hall, Caldwell def. John McLaughlin, Weiser, 6-0, 6-1.
Girls Singles:
 No. 1 - Halle Seward, Weiser def. Gabriella Gomez, Caldwell, 6-1, 6-1.
 No. 2 - Adalyn Brush, Weiser def. Camilla Yekel, Caldwell, 6-0, 6-0.
 No. 3 - Taylee Mink, Weiser def. Gabby Adams, Caldwell, 6-1, 6-1.
Boys Doubles:
 No. 1 - Kolin Cook and Diego Delgadillo, Weiser def. Jonathan Marostica, and Colton Worwood, Caldwell, 6-1, 6-2.
 No. 2 - Luke Bake and Klete Cook, Weiser def. Whitaker Manning and Cael Manning, Caldwell, 6-1, 6-3.
