Weiser volleyball teams send Parma home with three losses

It was a clean sweep for the Lady Wolverines over Parma on Thursday, Sept. 7, starting with the freshmen team winning in two, 25-13, 25-12. The junior varsity team followed with a two-game win, 25-23, 25-19, and Weiser’s Lady Wolverines varsity volleyball team won a three-game match over Parma, 26-24, 25-15, and 25-9. Paisley Noyer (10) made five kills and four blocks; Danica Lockett (13) served two aces and had 14 assists; Kamryn Doty (4) had three kills; Abi Wilkins served one ace, seven kills, and dug 100 percent of the balls that came to her; Lucy Hickey had five kills; Evie Dolton had four kills; Rylee Roberts had 14 digs; and Madi Wilkins recorded 11 assists.
