Weiser goes long against Fruitland in 10-2 loss

Weiser’s Wolverines and the Fruitland Grizzlies tennis teams took advantage of Tuesday’s, April 2, very pleasant spring weather, going long into the evening.  Fruitland earned 10 wins out of 12 matches, with four of the matches going to three sets to determine the winners.

Singles:

 No. 1 - Preston Rawlinson, Fruitland defeated Dauge McClellan, Weiser, 6-3, 6-7 (4), 4-6.

 No. 2 - Caden Seals, Fruitland defeated Eli Woods, Weiser, 6-7, 5-7.

 No. 3 - Braden Walker, Fruitland defeated Alex Woods, Weiser, 5-7, 2-6.

 No. 1 - Kate Hymas, Fruitland defeated Evelyn Rodriguez, Weiser, 2-6, 3-6.

 No. 2 - Julia Philpot, Fruitland defeated Taylee Mink, Weiser, 6-4, 4-6, 1-6.

 No. 3 - Savannah Hymas, Fruitland defeated Giovanna Apostoli, Weiser, 4-6, 2-6.

 No. 1 - Diego Delgadillo and Kolin Cook, Weiser defeated Miles Davis and Aidan Huhtala Fruitland, 3-6 , 6-1, 6-2. 

 No. 2 - Klete Cook and Luke Bake, Weiser defeated Gabe Donahoo and Boston Robb, Fruitland, 6-2, 6-4.

 No. 1 - Halle Drollinger and Mckenna Rawlinson, Fruitland defeated Adalyn Brush and Halle Seward, Weiser, 4-6, 5-7.

 No. 2 - Rainey Gross and Kayce Haun, Fruitland defeated McKenna Manser and Hailey Rux, Weiser, 6-7 (2), 5-7.
