POWER KYD Kid’s Crusade at Cornerstone Assembly, July 20-24

Cornerstone Assembly is blessed to bring a Weiser native home to present Power Kyd Kid’s Crusade on Wednesday, July 20 through Sunday, July 24.

 Rev. Mike Parker grew up here in Weiser and was called into ministry to the Lord. Mike is an ordained minister, credentialed with the Assemblies of God since 1987. Mike and Colleen have been married since 1986 and have three adult children, two sons-in-law, and six grandchildren. They resigned their pastorate in 2007 to follow God’s call to child evangelism and began Affect Eternity Ministries.

 Mike’s passion is to preach God’s Word and to share the Gospel with those who don’t know Jesus. He has been intrigued with movie-making since his teenage years. Colleen loves photography, creative writing, and video editing. Both Mike and Colleen love to make music and enjoy working with kids.  

 They developed the Power Kyd Ministry complete with comics, videos, exciting music, skits, Bible lessons, and a lot of fun for the whole family.  

 The best part is that their ministry draws kids of all ages to want to live for Jesus. As an extra blessing, Mike will be sharing in our Sunday morning service at 10:30 a.m.

 The Crusade runs Wednesday through Saturday, July 20-23 with 6 p.m. sign in, and again on Sunday July 24, with 4 p.m. sign in. All kids are eligible to earn points toward winning prizes.  Come and be blessed.
