Kids send letters to Santa Claus ahead of Christmas

With only five days left to Christmas, most are preparing for Jesus’ arrival, a time of year set aside for family, friends, and even strangers to come together during this time of year to celebrate the joyous occasion. Children around the world also anticipate Christmas morning when they find presents under the tree. Above, sisters June and Evelyn Torres, of Weiser, slip their respective letters to Santa into a special mail box designated for all mail heading to the North Pole. Santa told the Signal American he loves hearing from all of his Weiser area friends and is looking forward to dropping by their houses on Christmas Eve. ‘Just don’t forget the milk and cookies,’ he added with a wink.
