Registration for the Idaho Nonprofit Center’s annual Idaho Gives campaign will run through April 16, with its online, tax deductible giving dates set for April 29-May 2.
A year ago, at least 11 western Treasure Valley nonprofit organizations were found on the registry. So far, one of Weiser’s most visible nonprofits, Angel Wings Network has signed on, along with two from Payette, the Boys and Girls Club of the Western Treasure Valley, and Cornerstone Whole Healthcare Organization. In addition, the Treasure Valley Community College Foundation is listed.
According to its website, the Idaho Nonprofit Center is itself a 501c(3) nonprofit, and represents the interests of the state’s 9,000+ registered nonprofit organizations.
“We are an association of forward-looking nonprofit leaders who come together to share knowledge, solve problems, pursue common interests, and serve the public good,” the website states.
After the 2024 registration closes, the Weiser Signal American is planning to publish an article covering the local nonprofit organizations that will be found on this spring’s listings.
