Fireworks fundraiser breakfast set for June 7

Weiser likes a good fireworks display as much as anywhere, and with July 4 just a mere six weeks away, the Weiser Chamber of Commerce has a fundraiser breakfast planned for Saturday, June 7, with all proceeds from the meal and a delightful silent-auction going into the funding coffers.

 In addition to July 4, over several years the community has come to love Santa’s fireworks show at the end of the town’s annual holiday parade, so the Chamber’s hopes for the breakfast is it will pull in enough money to fund both displays.

 The breakfast will be held at the Vendome Events Center, Saturday, June 7, from 9 a.m. to noon at a cost of $15 per person.
