Only grumbling is allowed in the silent period

Dear Editor, 

 The sovereign will of “We the People” (WTP) has been voiced and now will be silent until 2022. In the silent period only grumbling is allowed, however, WTP may plot and plan our biennial political decisions for 2022/24.

 So here is the main impediment to constitutional government; consider the fact that, as a body, our elected members of Congress has betrayed WTP and subverted our Constitution. 

 Worse yet, WTP allowed this travesty to occur. It began over 100 years ago and has been insidiously but incessantly promoted to this very day.

 What on earth? The dastardly deed is the creation of the “AdminState”. Google Admin Procedure Act, (APA,) and study our Constitution. 

 WTP “ordained and established this Constitution for the USA.” Article VI declares the Declaration of Independence is part and parcel of our Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Article I, II, and III specifies three distinct branches of government, each with enumerated powers, beyond which is a transgression of the supreme law of the land. 

 Yet Congress created the AdminState by simple statutes, “for which there is no sanction in the Constitution,” said FDR. 

 In the 1800s, Congress created in the Executive branch agencies to control certain industries, delegating them power to “fill in the details of complicated laws.” Since then, that delegated power has morphed into power to legislate, execute, and adjudicate laws of their own making, effectively a shadow government, or the AdminState, “the swamp.” 

 The source of this travesty is Congress. Hopefully, WTP will, in the next two years of contemplation, conclude a workable solution, oh God, amen.

 Thomas Jefferson said, “in questions of power, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.”
