January Fit and Fall Proof-Vendome site classes

 Fit and Fall Proof-Vendome site classes will resume after the holidays on Jan. 7,

at the Vendome Events Center. Due to winter weather conditions, classes will begin later, 9:30-10:30 a.m. just during the month of January. Fit and Fall Proof classes feature mobility, stability, flexibility, and balance exercises geared for/not limited to adults 50+. Classes are free and equipment is provided. FFP is sponsored by the Southwest District Health Department with local sponsor, Weiser Memorial Hospital. New participants are always welcome to join. Questions?
