****ALERT**** WSA subscribers to receive paper on Thursdays

Weiser Signal American subscribers will now receive their newspaper in the mail on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays. 

 The move is the result of an unforeseen tragedy involving the previous printer’s family.

 The Owyhee Avalanche newspaper and Owyhee Publishing in Homedale have been owned by the Aman family for decades and have provided the WSA with printing services since 2011.

 On Friday, Jan. 19, Mark Aman, who ran the operation’s printing press for many years, passed away along with his son. Details of the tragedy are not known at this time.

 The WSA was notified over the weekend and, as a result, was forced to switch to alternative printing services, necessitating a new mailing date. 

 The WSA wishes to express its condolences to the Aman family while apologizing for any inconveniences to our valued subscribers.
