JoAnn Irene Howard

JoAnn Irene Howard, 74, passed away peacefully at home on July 16, 2022, in Weiser, Idaho while surrounded by family.  

 JoAnn was born July 23, 1947, in Weiser, Idaho. 

 She was a very skillful and giving woman to which she loved blessing others with her talent by homemade gifts.  

 Outside of the happiness she found with hobbies, JoAnn also enjoyed watching old westerns, winning an occasional card game, and most of all, she loved spending time with her beloved family.  

 JoAnn Irene Howard was an incredible woman that always had an engaging positive outlook, no matter what the situation.  

 A strong woman in her faith, JoAnn’s great underlying strength was the joy of the Lord.  “It’s in God’s hands.”  Her love, laughter and beautiful smile will be missed by many.

 JoAnn is survived by her two sons:  Bradley Spencer (Kristie), Weiser, Idaho and Leo Spencer (Jennifer), Weiser, Idaho, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  

 JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents: Goldie and Delbert Duncan, her daughter, Jacqueline Elaine Jackling and her great-granddaughter Freya Finch, brothers: Darrell and Frank Duncan

 A viewing will be held Monday, Aug. 1, 2022 at 9 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 10 a.m. at Thomason Funeral Home. Interment to follow service at Fairview Cemetery.
