Darcy Ann Stirm Gagnon

 Darcy Ann Stirm Gagnon, 64, of Caldwell, Idaho passed away peacefully on Feb. 22, 2023 at Caldwell Care of Cascadia after a life-long battle with diabetes. 

 She was predeceased by father Frank Stirm and brother Dan Stirm, and is survived by mother June Stirm, brother Dean Stirm (Stephanie), sister-in-law Heidi Stirm, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

 Darcy grew up on Mann Creek in Weiser, Idaho where she attended Weiser schools and graduated in 1979. She was briefly married to Danny Gagnon (deceased). 

 She was known for her friendly outgoing nature, sense of humor and love for children and cats. She had an amazing memory for names, faces and dates and “never met a stranger.” She volunteered for the Weiser Chamber of Commerce and St. Agnes Catholic Church, where she regularly attended mass. She also frequently attended Weiser Christian Church with her mother.

 A celebration of life is being planned for a later date.

 The family will be forever grateful to the staff at Caldwell Care of Cascadia for the wonderful care they gave to Darcy over the last roughly four years of life. 

 Donations may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.

 We will forever miss her smile.
