Shop Small Saturday climax on Saturday, Nov.26

Shop Small Saturday, sponsored by the Weiser Chamber of Commerce, kicked off Monday and goes through the end of business hours this weekend.

 The “All-Week” event offers shoppers a fun way to support local businesses and win prizes by participating in the Shop Small Saturday Bingo Game. Pick up a bingo card at any of the 37 local participating businesses between now and Saturday and receive a stamp for each shop you visit. Turn in your card to Peoples Furniture, located at 525 State St. in downtown Weiser, by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26 for a chance to win prizes. Each participating business contributes an item worth at least $20 to the prize pot. 

 The Chamber challenges shoppers to get a blackout! There will be multiple winners, so get those cards stamped, and don’t forget to include your name and phone number on the card!
