Santa shows off his magic

Santa is really busy this time of year, but he carved some time out of his schedule to appear in the Weiser Chamber of Commerce night light parade on Friday night. The annual parade attracts kids of all ages. Lots of candy was tossed from a dozen floats and decorated vehicles as the parade made its way down State Street. The parade ended at the historic depot in downtown Weiser, where Santa tossed his magic dust into the night sky to light the city’s Christmas lights.The number of specators was especially large this year for the annual holiday night light parade on Friday night. The parade started at the middle school and wound its way through downtown Weiser to the historic depot.
