Jay George Williams

 Jay George Williams, Jim or Jimmy to most, was born Feb. 18, 1940 and passed away March 19, 2025 at the age of 85. He passed peacefully at his home with family.

 He is survived by his loving wife Shirley, his children, Troy Williams, Lance (Dana) Williams and Nikii (Aaron) Barnett. Grandchildren: Katrina Williams, Austin, Michael and Tyrel Barnett, Jessica Wilson and Amelia and Reid Williams. Great-grandchildren: Bronson, Ruby and Lucy Landreth, Sage Barnett and Royce Barnett. Many nieces and nephews.

 He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Flora Williams. Siblings: Kenneth Williams, Vera Towell, Donna Legg, Lee Williams and Paul Williams.

 He was laid to rest at Eastside Cemetery in Midvale on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 1 p.m. 

 In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Midvale Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Department or the Midvale Baptist Church.
