 The Weiser High School class of 1967 will celebrate their 55th class reunion on Aug. 19 from 6 p.m. to midnight at Rolling Hills Golf Course.

Washington County Federation of Republican Women
 Washington County Federation of Republican Women will meet on Thursday, Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m. for a summer potluck at Margaret Jensen’s house at 75 Phyllis Court, Weiser.  For more information, call (208) 740-8194. Hoodies and light weight coat giveaway
 Weiser’s community free giveaway of clean, pre-owned hoodies and light weight coats will be held on Saturday, Aug. 27, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., St. Agnes Church lawn at 214 E. Liberty. Charles Alan Clare of Canon City, Colorado, born Aug. 14, 1942; died July 31, 2022.  
 He graduated from Midvale High School and Idaho State University. 
 He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ora (Hood) Clare, his ex-wife Rita Smith Clare, and his sister Janette Clare Horton.
 Charles is survived by his sister Sharon (Jim) Gunderson of Aurora, Colorado, three children and eight grandchildren.
